Uzhgorod will present traditional Transcarpathian songs and inflammatory dance in Lviv

The folk and ethnographic ensemble "Uzhgorod" of Uzhgorod City Center for Leisure will represent their city at the International Ukrainian Dance and Culture Festival in Lviv on August 10-13. The artists of the ensemble will hold a master class, tell about the features of the traditional Transcarpathian songs. Also, they will take part in the performances on August 11 on the stage set up on the main square of Lviv – Rynok, the information department of the Uzhgorod City Council reported. 

Reference: The International Festival (IUDCF) is an opportunity for Ukrainian dancers and performers from all over the world to share their mastery of Ukrainian dance.  The 4-day program includes: performances, dance seminars, entertainment, communication. At the moment, the largest number of participants will be from Canada.
