Cinema under the stars: Lampa.doc documentary film festival will be held in Uzhgorod for the first time (Announcement)

From July 27 to July 29, the Lampa.doc documentary film festival will be held in the regional center of Transcarpathia for the first time. For three days, documentary films will be screened on Fentsyk Square. Screenings will start at 21:00.

The festival is taking place for the third time. Lampa.doc this year is supported by the program "Culture Bridges", implemented by the British Council in Ukraine in partnership with EUNIC – the European Union Network of National Institutes of Culture of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute (Warsaw), the State Cinema Agency of Ukraine. The event is held with the assistance of the Uzhgorod City Council.

During three evenings, you will be able to watch interesting documentary films in the open air. The program of Lampa.doc consists of 12 films made in Ukraine and Poland. There will also be a fim by a young director of Guatemalan descent from Russia. Traditionally, all the selected films are participants and winners of national and international film festivals.

All events of the Lampa.doc festival are open to the public and are free of charge.
