Mukachevo locomotives will undergo technical inspection

In June-July 2018, the Ukrzaliznytsya will check the technical condition of 305 locomotives in the locomotive depots of Kremenchuk, Kryvy Rih, Lviv-Zakhid and Mukachevo. At present, the Commissions for checking the technical condition of the rolling stock have already inspected 39 locomotives. This was reported by the acting chairman of the "Ukrzaliznytsya" PJSC Yevhen Kravtsov. Recall that the Ukrzaliznytsya organized the inspection of the rolling stock to fulfill its obligations under the protocol, which was unilaterally signed by the Minister of Infrastructure following the results of an extended meeting of the representatives of the Ukrzaliznytsya and trade union organizations regarding the campaign "Following the rules."

"We are fulfilling every provision of the protocol on the "Following the rules" campaign. The issue of the technical condition of the locomotives is under particular control. Schedules of locomotive checks have been drawn up at three regional branches of the company. Representatives of the trade unions are also taking part in the inspections. At present, 39 locomotives have already been inspected by the relevant commissions. In total, in June-July, we will check the technical condition of 305 locomotives. The task is to rectify the found technical problems as soon as possible", – Yevhen Kravtsov said. He also added that as a result of the inspection, various technical deficiencies were found in 38 locomotives, and most of them have already been rectified.
