The name of the author of illustrations of Uzhgorod has become known

The artist who so warmly confessed her love for Uzhgorod is Yulia Burya. She told the Varosh who inspired her to create the beautiful illustrations.

– It all began when I met Natalia Shtal. She is an architect and interior designer. She has a project on her page where she posts information about young artists, and last year I was invited to an interview for that project. I think she just saw my works on Facebook. I came to her studio for a coffee, we talked, and it turned out that she had a dream to make a project about the cozy spots of Uzhgorod, but had no illustrator. We decided to do it together. At first, we developed the concept, what places should be portrayed and what the city over the Uzh is associated with. Natalia very well guided me in my quest, it was nice to have someone more experienced by my side, – illustrator Yulia Burya said.
