Uzhgorod Orthodoxes celebrate Epiphany (PHOTO-REPORT)

Traditionally, after the church service, there was a procession to Pravoslavna embankment, where the bishop Theodore consecrated the water in the Uzh.

After the consecration, the faithfuls, who were not afraid of cold water, bathed in the waters of the Uzh, and the first to enter the river this year was the mayor of the city Bohdan Andriyiv.
