According to the Labor and Social Welfare Department of Uzhgorod City Council, about UAH 900,000 was transferred from the state budget to pay Uzhgorod residents part of the saved subsidies.
The payments will be made within 3 days to the bank account indicated in the application for the saved part of the subsidy or at post offices at the place of registration of Uzhgorod residents that were economical in the heating season 2016-2017.
In total, 1714 city residents will receive cash compensation.
