Shooting in the Bozdosh Park: the police are establishing all the circumstances of the incident (PHOTOS)

A wounded man was taken to Uzhgorod Clinical Hospital at night. The police are determining the circumstances of the incident.

The police began an investigation into the infliction of bodily injuries to a resident of Uzhgorod, namely a non-penetrating gunshot wound to the back and scratches on the face. It has already been established that he got injured by pneumatic weapons.

The incident happened today, July 28, at night. According to the victim, the injuries were inflicted to him by unknown persons who attacked him in the Bozdosh Park. Meanwhile, witnesses, the guards of the park, who were there at that time, claim that they did not hear any suspicious sounds, let alone gunshots. The police seized a pneumatic gun from the victim himself. The man was in a state of severe alcohol intoxication.

A criminal proceeding over this incident was initiated under Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Hooliganism).

Investigators are currently investigating the circumstances of the incident: they are watching the video from the surveillance cameras and examining the scene.
The investigation continues.
