On that day visa-free regime with the European Union will officially come into force, and the president plans to personally be present on the western border of Ukraine.
This was reported by several sources of the Mukachevo.net at the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration and the customs office.
Moreover, according to preliminary information, Poroshenko plans to visit at least two checkpoints. Those are the checkpoints "Uzhgorod – V.Nemecke" and "M. Berezny – Ubl’a."
Recall that last visit of Poroshenko took Transcarpathia took place in the summer of 2015, and then it was related to the shooting in Mukachevo, as well as staff turnover in the region.
