This weekend, two delicious festivals will be held in Transcarpathia

This Saturday, June 10, a gastronomic festival dedicated to the traditional local dish – riplyanka – will be held in the village of Kolochava in Mizhhirya district. During the festival, which will take place in the museum "Old Village", visitors will be treated to riplyanka Kolochava-style: with mushrooms, sour cream, bacon, cheese, vurda. There will be master classes on cooking of this dish. In addition, tourists will be entertained with theatrical performances about the history of Transcarpathia.

And on Sunday, June 11, a unique festival of cherries will be held in the village of Okli Hed in Vynogradiv district. There, visitors will be able to enjoy various dishes and cakes with berries, jams, liqueurs made of cherries and strawberries. There will also be exhibition of arts and crafts, holiday fair, performances by amateur groups and so on.
