During a logging in Uzhgorod forestry, a tree killed a forester

This information was published by journalist Vitaliy Glagola:

"Inside information from law enforcement officers. On Monday, near Uzhgorod, a tree killed a forester. It is the territory of Uzhgorod forestry. The team of foresters was felling beech trees, and accident happened. A falling tree killed a worker. According to my information, at the time of the tragedy, the logging was conducted illegally, without permits. Perhaps, they are already making permits retroactively. The logging was conducted near the brandy factory. Yulia Davidova, can you comment on that? And why isn’t any information about this?

UPD: Relatives contacted me. The man’s name was Yuriy, he was 44 years old. He was not officially employed by a logging company, but actually worked there. He was from the village of Tsyhanivtsi. He had two children: a girl and a boy. The funeral will be today"

The spokesperson for the Transcarpathian Forest and Hunting Range Administration Yulia Davidova commented on the information:

"It was an illegal cutting, there were no workers of Uzhgorod forestry there"
