Today. the only hospice in Transcarpathia was opened in Vynogradiv. Previously, the institution found itself at the center of a financial scandal, but now it is ready to accept patients.
The premises consist of two floors. Rooms for patients are on the first one, and guest rooms, where relatives can stay, are on the second one.
Each room is fitted with toilet and bathroom. Accordingly, there are panels, through which doctors will receive signals from patients.
Besides the medical staff, psychologists and priests will be working in the hospice.
In the near future, in a week or two, they will start receiving patients.
The opening of the hospice was attended by district and regional officials, and priests traditionally consecrated the building and the facilities inside.
