Due to deteriorating weather, officers of the municipal police department of Uzhgorod city council are carrying out continuous monitoring of timely cleaning of the city from snow and ice, the press service of the City Council informs. Today, they drafted 9 reports against those, who violated the Rules of street maintenance, by failing to properly maintain adjacent areas. Many workers, owners of premises failed to dispense antiglaze mixture on the territories near their businesses, offices and institutions.

Remember that according to the Rules of street maintenance, it is the responsibility of entrepreneurs, workers of offices, institutions, shops, cafes, etc. to take care of safety of the areas around their premises.. Uzhgorod municipal police will continue monitoring the compliance with the Rules of street maintenance and will impose administrative penalties on those, who fail to remove snow and ice.
