Citizens, who need financial assistance for medical treatment, should apply only to the deputies of the Regional Council, not the management of the RSA. The final step to best facilitate this process should be the voting of the Regional Council deputies and the introduction of simplified procedure for obtaining assistance under the program "Care".
According to the press service of the Transcarpathian Regional Council, the issue was considered before the second plenary meeting of the fifth session of the Regional Council, on December 7, at the meeting of the presidium chaired by the acting chairman of the Regional Council Yosyp Borto.
Among other things, they discussed amendments to the program "Care", which is aimed at strengthening social protection for the next three years. Yosyp Borto proposed to introduce new provisions of the Program in January 2017, taking into account the adopted changes that minimize red tape with the documents. Starting September 22, citizens, who need financial assistance for medical treatment, should apply only to the deputies of the Regional Council, not the management of the RSA.
Now, seriously ill patients need to write an application, provide copies of the passport and identification code, certificate of bank details. It was also noted that the applications will be accepted until December 22 due to coming New Year and Christmas holidays.
Recall that on Wednesday, December 7, the second plenary meeting of the fifth session of the Regional Council will take place. The beginning is at 10.00.
