In Uzhgorod Press Club, there was a press conference, the main theme of which was the exhibition "Creative special people of Transcarpathia" to be held in Uzhgorod, the ChasZakarpattia informs.
Denys Sukhotin, the chairman of the Transcarpathian regional society for disabled said that the publication "Creative special people of Transcarpathia" had been recently prepared. The book raised a serious public interest, so they decided to show the works of special people not as reproductions and photos, but in reality. The Department of Culture of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration and the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal provided the space of the hall-atrium of the RSA for 2 weeks: from 2 to 16 of December. They have collected more than 300 exhibits from nearly a hundred participants.
The exhibition will open at 11.00. Some participants from Uzhgorod, Mukachevo, Irshava will be present at the opening.
Vasylyna Marko, the director of the Transcarpathian Regional Center "Choice" added that a similar exhibition opens on December 6 in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Transcarpathians will bring there the best of the works to be exhibited in Uzhgorod. The exhibitions are timed to the Day of People with Disabilities, which is celebrated on December 3.
