Flower colors of November Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

Today, November 1, on the Memorial Day, Uzhgorod is drowning in flowers. Whole rows of colorful flowers are laid out in and around the markets, right on the streets. Those, who hurry to the cemetery to remember those who have departed, have a plenty to choose from.There are offers for every taste and budget.

Although, of course, on this day, the price lower limit is somewhat overstated. Thus, a relatively simple small bouquet costs at least 10 UAH. Of course, if you bargain, you can bring down the price to 6 UAH.

However, often, when you look at the tired face and simple clothes of a seller, the desire to save disappeares. 

Prices for the most popular flower – chrysanthemum – range from 4 to 25 UAH. 

– What colors are the most popular among buyers? – I asked the seller, who had just handed two girls four magnificent white flowers.

– All of them, white, yellow, and orange.

There are buyers for any flower. There is also a wide range of flowers in pots. The prices range from 15 to 40 UAH.     

I, personally, find tulips the most touching. Delicate spring flowers among autumn coolness.  As if from another time and reality.  Although, maybe, they really are.
