To pacify a drunken driver, policemen had to handcuff him (VIDEO)

On Monday night, on Budyteli street, Uzhgorod patrol policemen stopped a Skoda Octavia for violation of traffic rules.

Police officer noticed that the driver was under intoxication, but he refused to take test for alcohol content. Instead, the man began to respond inadequately to the policemen’s requests, was behaving aggressively, threatening with physical violence.

To pacify the offender, the policemen were forced to handcuff him. The man was examined in the regional drug clinic. The state of intoxication was confirmed with the result of 1.3 ppm.

In addition to the report on violation of traffic rules and DUI, policemen made reports on administrative offense for disorderly conduct and malicious disobedience to lawful requests of the police.

The car was towed to the impound lot.
