A drunk resident of Uzhgorod tried to strangle a girl at night in the street

Patrol policeman protected a girl, who was attacked by a drunk resident of Uzhgorod.

About, 1.00 am, an Uzhgorod patrol police officer was returning home. On Lehotsky street, he heard screams and saw an unknown man trying to strangle a young girl with his shirt.

The policeman immediately ran to the attacker, set the girl free, and detained the offender.

A few minutes later, patrol police crew arrived at the scene.

As the policemen found out, the detainee had been repeatedly brought to justice. That evening, the man was drunk and could not explain the reason for such inadequate behavior.

The investigative team arrived at the scene. The actions of the offender contain signs of a crime.
