"Art that saves" is a true art festival visiting which you can contribute to two charitable projects at once. This time, representatives of the Movement to support Transcarpathian soldiers will be raising money for the immediate needs of the defenders of the country in the East and for saving a volunteer Yevhenia Napuda.
Recall that the girl was diagnosed with cancer a month and a half ago. Now Yevhenia is undergoing a long-term treatment. Volunteers never leave their own in trouble, and they are trying to work with double evergy to help both the volunteer and soldiers.
The event program is very interesting. There will be several equally exciting areas. Uzhgorod craftsmen will present art works and hold workshops, there will be a fun and lively location for children, and throughout the day – from 11 o’clock till the end – a musical marathon with the participation of solo artists, folk and rock bands will be taking place. This is what the curator of the volunteer lottery Olga Petrinko said: "At the charity event, we will have a volunteer sales location and win-win lottery. This time, we have a bunch of super prizes! And various pleasant surprises for children, charming ladies and, of course, our gentlemen! You will be able to please yourself and your loved ones for just 15 UAH! And also to buy from volunteers various souvenirs and handmade!". The event starts already at 11 o’clock, on Friday, July 29, in the Rotary Park (behind the vehicle bridge).
Art is the key component of the event. That is why, throughout the day, Ukrainian classic poetry reciting marathons will be held in the park, as well as performances of the best soloists and ensembles of Transcarpathia, master classes in Latin dance and more. The event will culminate in a fire show.
