“Transcarpathian dialogues” are preparing the second cultural and educational tour

From 4 to 6 of April, the cultural project "Transcarpathian dialogues" will visit different districts of the region.

Recall that the project started two weeks ago at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, known modern Ukrainian writer, screenwriter and journalist Andriy Kurkov and with the support of the Culture Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.

Transcarpathian project aims to establish an intelligent dialogue between different cultures living in one region.

http://uzhgorod.in has been following this artistic event and constantly informing readers about the progress of the first phase of the project – from the beginning in the regional library to field events when writers Andriy Kurkov, Halyna Kruk and Halyna Vdovichenko as well as leading writers of the region led by the Project Coordinator in Transcarpathia Mykhailo Roshko were holding meetings in Uzhgorod and several towns of Beregovo and Vynogradiv districts.

This time the cultural delegation consisting of Andriy Kurkov (Kyiv), Valentin Terlecki (Kyiv), Yevhen Polozhiy (Sumy), regional writers Mykhailo Roshko and Oleksandr Havrosh will visit Mukachevo, Khust, Tyachiv and Rakhiv districts. Like the last time, the guests will meet with representatives of local authorities and the public, cultural and creative intellectuals, educators. The dialogues will be on the topics "Writer and war. Writing during the conflict", "Historical myth and historical truth – their impact on the present", "Imagine the Carpathian Mountains. How to develop imagination?", "A man between politics and culture" and others.

So, here is a detailed schedule of meetings of the second phase of the "Transcarpathian dialogues":

April 4

– 12:00 – the city of Mukachevo, Mukachevo State University;

– 12:00 – the city of Khust, City Library;

April 5

– 11:00 – the city of Rakhiv, City House of Culture;

– 15.00 – Tyachiv district, the town of Solotvyno, the local library;

April 6

– 10:00 – the city of Tyachiv, district library;

– 14:30, the city of Mukachevo, O. Dukhnovich City Library.

The third and final phase of the project will be held in mid-April.
