Famous football functionary, a former president of Boryspil "Borisphen" Igor Kovalevych commented on the entry into force of the ban on transfers for Uzhgorod "Goverla".
"What you would expect… Back in the summer, I said that such clubs as "Goverla" (with all due respect to the Transcarpathian football) and "Metallurg" (as it is now) would not finish the championship and that the format for the championship needed to be changed urgently.
But unfortunately, the Premier League decided to conduct the championship in the old format. And here is the result…" – Kovalevych wrote on his page on the social network Facebook.
