At the order of the prosecutor, the criminal proceeding on the attack on Major D. Zotov was reclassified

At the order of the Transcarpathian regional prosecutor, Volodymyr Yanko, the criminal proceeding initiated over the beating of the Major of National Guard of Ukraine Dmytro Zotov was reclassified under Part 1 of Art. 122 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional moderate bodily injury). On November 30, in the city of Mukachevo, the soldier was attacked by a local resident. As a result of the conflict, the victim suffered bodily injuries. Currently, the investigation in the specified criminal proceeding is ongoing. Reference: according to the sanction of Part 1 of Art.122 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, intentional moderate bodily injury is punishable by correctional labor for up to two years, or restriction of liberty for up to three years, or imprisonment for up to three years. Meanwhile, volunteers from the "Carpathian Sich" clearly assured that they pay more than increased attention to the case.
