Transcarpathian Regional Council did not elected the chairman

34 deputies took part in the voting. The result is 32 votes "for", one "against" and one "abstention". 

Thus the nominated candidate for the Chairman of the Regional Council Oleksandr Kemenyash was not elected because it requires 33 votes which is 50% + 1 of the total number of deputies.

Now, they announce a break. To nominate other candidates for the chairman.
