They often performed at the same stage, prepared joint programs. So, in Lviv their musical tandem was dubbed the "golden duo of Galicia."
It is about our compatriot, pianist Etella Chupryk and violinist from Austria Juliy Wimer, who this time will play in Uzhgorod.
November 19, at 18.30, the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic Society invites to the concert of Honored Artist of Ukraine Etella CHUPRYK (piano) and Juliy Wimer (violin, Austria).
The program consists of one of the most famous chamber works by Ludwig van Beethoven Sonata № 9 for violin and piano in A major ("Kreutzer Sonata") and no less famous Sonata for violin and piano in A major by French composer Cesar Franck.
The soloist of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic, our unique Etella Chupryk does not special introduction. As for her partner on stage, Uzhgorod resident and guests had an opportunity to meet Juliy Wimer on September 15, at the opening of the VII International Youth Festival of Organ Music named after Natalia Vysich.
