Uzhgorod cannot get over the surprising and disappointing mayoral election results.
The results of the parallel vote count give reason to think.
In addition to mass bribery and rather high rating of populists, technical candidates also played their role. For example, Maria Badyda took some votes from some of the strongest candidates. The overall result was also affected by pseudo-Schadeys who scored more than three percent for two… Looks like someone beat themselves, and thus put the future of Uzhgorod at risk… For now, we expect the second round in which Uzhgorod residents once again will have to choose between two evils…
