Following the reports of the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal on the organization of voter bribing in some districts, nobody has been notified of being suspected, pre-trial investigation continues – the observer of the OPORA was informed at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region.
As informed by the OPORA, on September 7, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal reported to the police about 32 people, allegedly involved in buying votes in favor of the party "United Center" in Vynogradiv district. On September 15, the governor reported to the police about the organization of vote-buying in Velyky Berezny district.
After that, on the official site of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, the OPORA observers detected four more reports about Hennadiy Moskal’s appeals to law enforcement officers regarding bribery of voters in favor of a specific political force:
– September 18 – statement about the organization of bribery in Khust district;
– September 23 – statement about the organization of bribery in Mukachevo and Beregovo districts;
– September 25 – statement about the organization of bribery in Tyachiv and Perechyn districts;
– September 29, 2015 – statement about the organization of bribery in Irshava district.
"Investigators of the MIA of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region initiated preliminary investigations in four criminal proceedings over the said incidents", – the first deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Office in Transcarpathian region Stepan Dovhun said in response to the request for information.
However, the police have not notified anybody of being suspected. "As of 10.19.2015, nobody has been notified of being suspected in these criminal proceedings, and therefore they have not been sent to court," – Stepan Dovhun added.
Also, as informed by the OPORA, on the night of 19 to 20 of September, in the city of Mukachevo in Transcarpathian region, unknown persons glued to billboards of the party "Bloc of Petro Poroshenko "Solidarnist" slogans "Government and bandits are together".
According to Stepan Dovhun, this incident has not been registered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations and no criminal proceedings have been initiated.
