The Department of Municipal Economy of Uzhgorod city council requested the "HOTEL PROJECT CONSULTING LTD" immediately, by October 23, to repay the debt for the lease of the land at Teatralna Square, 5,7.
This is the territory of the "Crown" which was illegally privatized through the "HOTEL PROJECT CONSULTING LTD" by Ivan Voloshin – official and a candidate from the European Party.
The debt for the land is almost 125,000 UAH. This money could have been used for the development of the city, but we do not have it, just like the promised restored architectural monument – only a few walls of the "Crown" remain. And the renovation of the paving on Teatralna Square, which was also a condition for the sale of the "Crown" to Voloshin, is all but forgotten.
Voloshin has no money to repair the "Crown" and pay the rent because he invests all in his election campaign hoping that if he is elected he will avoid responsibility for numerous crimes.
