More than UAH 405 million to the consolidated budget of Uzhgorod district

Thanks to the coordinated cooperation of the supervisory authority personnel and business of Uzhgorod, Perechyn and Velyky Berezny districts, during 9 months of 2015, the consolidated budget received 405.5 million hryvnia of taxes and fees. For the corresponding period in 2014, the Treasury received almost UAH 239.6 million. Thus, this year revenues increased by UAH 165.8 million.

The main share of the revenues to the budget accounts for: tax on personal income – more than UAH 112 million, value added tax – more than UAH 67 million, and the rent for use of mineral resources – UAH 49.7 million.

At the same time, we note that during 9 months of 2015, payers of value added tax were refunded over UAH 81 million of VAT.

"This high level of revenues was achieved primarily through the faithful performance of duties by taxpayers and by through improvement of tax and fee administration system; introduction of electronic services" – the acting chief of Uzhgorod STI Vasyl Patskan says.
