ATTENTION! Around the clock “hot lines” for volunteers have been opened at customs offices

For efficient customs control of humanitarian goods arriving to Ukraine, a "hot line" has been opened at the customs offices of Ukraine

Specialists of the customs offices will provide advice to volunteers or donors carrying humanitarian, charitable or technical aid across the customs border of Ukraine and will facilitate a prompt resolution of any issues that arise during customs clearance.

This information support will allow to avoid delays of humanitarian goods at the border and facilitate their speedy delivery to destination.
