On Friday, an accident occurred on Hrushevsky Street in Uzhgorod. Near the shop "Tisa", the driver of a "Ford Sierra", while overtaking a taxi, which had stopped at a bus stop, hit a pedestrian. The woman was brought to the city hospital. After receiving medical aid, the victim was discharged home.
The driver was tested, he was sober. Pre-trial restraint was not imposed on him. The vehicle was taken to the impound lot of Uzhgorod city police.
