After the break, an unexpected turn of events occured at the session of Uzhgorod City Council: deputy Anatoliy Rumyantsev proposed to include to the agenda the draft decision on early dismissal of the Secretary of the City Council and the Acting Mayor Victor Shchadey. 38 deputies voted for it.
Consequently, 31 deputies supported the vote by secret ballot.
