This refers to the position of the Transcarpathian Regional Council Chairman.
Becuase Ivan Baloha, who still chairs the council, can already be considered a people’s deputy of Ukraine, having confidently won the election.
His successor will likely be determined as soon as on this Friday – at the next meeting of the Regional Council.
Deputy Volodymyr Chubirko has a good chance to chair the council.Starting today, it is no longer rumors. This name of a candidate from the majority in the council was announced by Ivan Baloha himself today at the press conference. However, everything will depend on the decision of the deputies.
The session will start at 10.00 on Friday, October 31.
