Renowned journalist Transcarpathian Yaroslav Halas became Moskal’s assistant!

It was announced by the head of Luhansk Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal on his 
page on facebook. 

Yaroslav Halas is the correspondent of the newspapers "Fakty" and "Dzerkalo Tyzhnya". 
"This will be more interesting to Transcarpathians. 

By my order, known Transcarpathian journalist Yaroslav Halas was appointed as the head of 
the Department of Mass Communications and Public Relations of the Luhansk Regional State 
Administration. He voluntarily came here, to the ATO zone, here accompanies us under the bombs, 
instead of sitting at home. A very professional, talented… and modest man. That was the reason for 
this post.
