Victor Baloha on the details of the peace agreement: “Pure bluff”

"I wonder, how are they going to implement the provision of the peace plan on exemption of those, who have not committed serious crimes, from criminal liability? Who and on what grounds will distinguish "peaceful" militants from "thugs"? First, they must be arrested to conduct the investigation. However, the militants clearly are not going to stretch out their hands for handcuffs. So, it is pure bluff" – MP, Transcarpathian Victor Baloha analyzes the details of the "agreement" which declares truce in the East.

"Safety for negotiators – does this include terrorists from the People’s Republic of Luhansk and the People’s Republic of Donetsk. Are we guaranteeing safety to killers? Legalizing them? Handing them olive branches of peace?
The withdrawal of illegal armed groups – where to? Corridor for mercenaries – where to? Will Putin take thugs? Or thugs will go directly into our jails? Bluff.
Joint patrols – with whom? With the "police" of the People’s Republic of Luhansk and the People’s Republic of Donetsk? Or with the Russian police? Nonsense.
Disarmament: who will ensure that terrorists are disarmed, and not hid grenade launchers in a safe place? Unclear.
Restoration of local authorities. Those that organized referendums together with terrorists? Those cops who sided with separatists?
In short, in my opinion, the peace plan is evidence that the management of the President is living in the world of illusions and does not understand what is going on in the Donbas. 
Because in this situation we have two options:
1. We take control of the border and wipe out enemy forces in the eastern Ukraine.
2. We leave the Donbas, stop financing it, give it to Russia and establish new borders.
