On Wednesday, March 5, from the main post office in the capital, they sent to Moscow a parcel with toy soldiers. This "army" was collected by Ukrainian children from all regions of the country during the campaign "Soldiers for Putin."
The campaign was held under the slogan "Uncle Putin, if you want to play war – take my toy soldier, leave my daddy alone", Ukrinform reported.
"We decided to send Putin toy soldiers so that he would play with them, not with people’s lives. Perhaps, the president of Russia did not played enough with tanks and airplanes as a child", – the organizer Ivanna Kobeleva (Holubyuk) commented on the campaign.
The purpose of the campaign is clear: to make Putin and his entourage understand that Ukrainians want peace, not war.
The organizers called the children from around the world to send their toy soldiers to the President of the Russian Federation.
