Every day, about 100 new ads on the sale of active business in Ukraine appear on Slando. And our citizens are selling virtually everything – from small kiosks to huge factories and hotels.
In Ivano-Frankivsk, they are selling a sugar factory for $ 15 million. In Kyiv, they are offering "Stolichny" factory, specializing in the manufacture of concrete and asphalt mixtures, for 100,000,000 UAH. And in Uzhgorod, they are selling the hotel "Intourist-Zakarpattya" for $ 9,000,000. And there are hundreds of such offers on Slando.
Sometimes, active business can be sold at the price of the equipment. For example, in Zaporizhzhya, a pizzeria is sold for 380,000 UAH. The author of the ad states that the price includes only the cost of the equipment, and the reason for sale is "the need for investment in other area."
Most sellers are willing to bargain, and the move is the most common reason for sale.
