The Ministry of Income in Transcarpathia conducted 172 checks less than the last year

In general, in our region, as in the whole country, the number of inspections is decreasing – while last year, there were 733 of them, this year – 651. Another step towards reducing the number of inspections is the introduction of e-check. These actions correspond to the strategic plans of the tax service. Offering taxpayers this form of control, the Ministry aims to save time and make the state audit less burdensome.

Starting from January 1, 2014, single tax payers, who are on a simplified taxation system, will be able to take advantage of e-check service. Currently, there are 31,311 such taxpayers in Transcarpathian region, most taxpayers are in the second group – 18,167, in the third group – 5521, in the first one – 4401 and in the fourth group – 3202 entities.

Starting from January 1, 2015, the "e-check" will be available to all small and medium-sized businesses, operating on a common system of taxation, and on January 1, 2016 – for all taxpayers.

In order to be checked in electronic form, the taxpayer must apply to their tax office. The form of such an application is approved by the Order of the Ministry of Income of Ukraine dd. June 3, 2013 № 143.

Currently, the Ministry of income and taxes has developed a draft order approving the format and procedure for filing documents for e-checks electronically. The draft order is available on the web portal of the Ministry of Income at: http://minrd.gov.ua/diyalnist-/regulyatorna-politika-/regulyatorna-politika/2013-rik/117704.html.
