The “Crown” is being gradually dismantled (PHOTOS)

between the city Department of Property and the so-called winner of the "bid" "Project Hotel Consulting" Ltd. October 7th, they signed a deed of transfer, and October 9 – conducted state registration of title to immovable property… And all who were involved in this shameful process of illegal privatization, washed their hands…" – one of the online editions has written.

Yesterday (October 25th), about 16.00, our correspondent recorded a big truck with bricks, which was driving out of the yard of the "Crown" towards Korzo street (another one was waiting its turn). After that, the workers immediately closed the gate.

A few days earlier, the reporter photographed the destruction, or so-called "dismantling" of the building from the balcony of a house.

They say, the historic building is being deliberately brought to "dilapidated" state by persons interested in its sale.

Recall that on October 24, Uzhgorod City Council supported the draft decision "On ganting permits for the development of land management projects on land acquisition."

The document, among other things, proposed to give permit for the development of the land acquisition project for the plot in area of 0.2832 hectares with subsequent transfer thereof to the "Project Hotel Consulting Ltd" for construction and maintenance of public buildings at Teatralna square, 5, 7.
