Our road builders are just like students: they always need one more night (PHOTOS)

Apparently, the saying that a student always need one more night to properly prepare for the exam applies to our "road builders" too. 

However, they had a different "test" – to apply the marking on the city streets leading to schools. The Service has not found anything better than to block the busy intersection – across Svoboda Avenue in front of the Cathedral at… 8 am on September 1. Yes, just at the time when hundreds or even thousands of parents and children are going to solemn lineups. Bravo! Everything for the people! Probably, this is the implication of the picture sent by a reader of the site which was made at 8.00.

Then again, who in our country is used to do anything properly? To work for the sake of appearence is much easier…
