The firm named "Frantsuzky budynochok" has recently appeared in Mukachevo, it is situated on Ilona Zrinya street, 58.
They offered windows, doors, insulation of balconies and received orders.
The firm entered into formal agreements, but took half of the amount in advance. Time passed, but they did not rush to perform their obligations under the contract.
The first to raise the alarm were employees of the company. The fact is that one of the owners of the company suddenly disappeared together with records and 90,000 UAH. Another co-owner started to delay the payment of wages. Finally someone complained to the police, and then the rest of the management also disappeared.
According to the NGO "Rozvytok", people really did not believe that the police would find the culprits, and started to appeal to "Mukachevo Rights Protection Center". Currently, the lawyers of the Center have reviewed several applications. Their conclusion is clear: it is not worth to remain silent, even if the amount of advance was not significant. Victim should complain to the police. If you do not know how to write a complaint, the experts will help you. If you know other victims of the fraud, you can make a collective complaint, it will have more "weight".
