Thus Hungarian party may rely on the full support of the regional government, – Oleksandr Ledyda said.

Currently Hungarian companies are preparing to the tender for the right to perform construction work. The head of the "A-NID" Arpad Tsapovych told that they plan to build in two phases. In addition, it is planned to make an interchange for trucks. This will facilitate the traffic of passenger cars.

The land issues remains problematic and stand in the way of the second phase of construction: the land in the border village of Astey, necessary for the project, is not yet purchased. The head of the region assured that specialized services are working on this. They are ready to attract Hungarian investors too.

The issue of the construction of the road and infrastructure in border areas of Transcarpathia has been decided at the state level. It happened during the meeting of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov with his Hungarian counterpart Viktor Orban in March 2013.
