The management of the MU "Vodokanal of Uzhgorod" are again forced to raise the important issue of indebtedness of individuals and entities for water supply and sanitation that urges us to cut off debtors from water supply.

As of May 1, 2013, the arrears of residents to the "Vodokanal of Uzhgorod" is 13,850,624.89 UAH. Given the above, from June 2013, the company have employed professionals who have the ability to disconnect certain residential and commercial premises from the central sewage system without direct access to them.

"Vodokanal of Uzhgorod" calls residents of apartment buildings to pay for utilities in time.

In the absence of debts for current payments for water and wastewater services, the company will cooperate with debtors by concluding agreements on restructuring or payment of debts for prior periods in installments.
