Yesterday, April 23, 2013, Uzhgorod school number 3 hosted the final round of the combined heaving events championship of Uzhgorod among high school students.
The teams who had wan qualifying rounds were competing in the court and in the gym. Those were Gymnasium of Uzhgorod, school № 7, school № 8, and Transcarpathian boarding school with advanced study of certain subjects, as well as the winners of the qualifying rounds in separate events.
The competition was tense and emotional, especially the arm wrestling because participants were competing according to the Olympic system, and those who had reached the final round, had their fans.
So, it is time to announce the results:
The team of the school number 7 won the team competition, beating the school number 8 and the Gymnasium team.
The winner team will be awarded already traditional prize – 130 kg barbell.
