Today, 17 April, at the meeting of the executive committee, the Mayor Victor Pogorelov said that there are many young journalists who, in his opinion, unreasonably criticize the Uzhgorod government for giving permission for outdoor advertising in the city center.
He also said that as long as he can remember advertising has always been in the center of Uzhgorod.
The mayor invited at the meeting of the executive committee the former deputy of the city council, community activist Igor Baran. He said that indeed there were billboards in the city center, in particular, on the support walls near the pedestrian bridge.
