Tabachnik will make all Transcarpathian applicants go through the USEDE

This year applicants can choose to use the electronic application procedure or to apply in person, but this may change soon.

This was said by the Minister of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine Dmytro Tabachnik during a press conference.

USEDE (Unified State Electronic Database on Education – Ed.) is a unique system that prevents manipulation by the university. This year, affiliates of universities will also be connected to the database. Also, applicants can now apply through the electronic system to colleges and technical schools," – D. Tabachnik said.

"Next year, applicants will still have a choice as to the method of application, but in a year, I think, we will switch to a unified electronic database, as in the developed European countries", – he said.
