According to the Transcarpathian Center for Hydrometeorology, due to thaw, 13 to 14 of February in mountainous areas of Transcarpathia there may be avalanches.
Territorial Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies in Transcarpathian region calls all tourists – both beginners and experienced travelers – to be careful and extremely vigilant during the winter recreation in the mountains.
