Ministry of Justice propose “improvements” for business

The Ministry of Justice proposes to exclude from the tax code provisions that impede business. This is stated in the appropriate draft law, the Ministry reported.

Representatives of the Ministry said, that they propose to exclude from tax code provisions that define the forms of excise tax stamps, trade patents, certificates of single tax payer as documents of strict accounting (reporting).

"It is assumed that as a result of the removal of the specified provisions of the legislation, the regulations that unnecessarily hamper business will be eliminated," – a quote from the statement. The Ministry of Justice reported that the legislative proposal is based on the fact that the production of blank documents of strict accounting is a costly procedure.

"It is expected that the removal of the relevant provisions of the legislation will reduce the cost of forms of the required documents and will reduce fees for providing administrative services," – a quote from the statement.
