Today the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksandr Ledyda introduced two newly appointed heads of district administrations. Thus, Beregovo district will be headed by Volodymyr Hulyanych, and Tyachiv district – by Ivan Brynzyanyk.
45-year-old Volodymyr Hulyanych prior to the appointment had been heading the legal department of Beregovo DSA.
"By the protocol," he promised to make every effort for the prosperity of Beregovo district, to implement development programs for the district, and said that he was ready for constructive criticism.
Note: Volodymyr Hulyanych was born November 19, 1967 in the village of Steblivka in Khust district. He graduated the Ukrainian Academy of Law in 1993 with a degree in "Law." His general public service experience is 15 years. He has held the post of the deputy head of the regional Department of Justice – the head of State Executive Service (1999-2001), the head of the regional property management department of Transcarpathian Regional State Administration (2003-2004), the deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration (2004-2005)
Ivan Brynzyanyk is appointed as the new head of Tyachiv district.
Note: Ivan Brynzyanyk was born March 27, 1961 in Tyachiv. In 1982 he graduated from the Lviv Commercial and Economic Institute in "Commodity and food trade organization." He has served as the chairman of Teresva consumer society (1990-2001, 2008-2010), the first deputy head of Tyachiv DSA (2001-2002; 2010). Prior to his appointment to the post he had worked as the chairman of Tyachiv district consumer society. Memeber of Tyachiv District Council of I, III, IV, V, VI convocations.
Also on this day, the "governor" reviewed the new building of Tyachiv City Council – housewarming was celebrated at the beginning of 2013. Little old building, which at the time of the Czech government housed the local financial service, was fully restored at the expense of the city (about 600,000 UAH) and the sponsors, said the Mayor of Tyachiv Ivan Kovacs, – informed the press-center of RSA.
