Does Transcarpathian blogging have a future?

The phenomenon of blogging, which appeared with the development of the Internet and became massive at the early 2000s through the emergence of Livejournal, now has lost its popularity the development of social networks, like Facebook or Twitter. Nevertheless, bloggers continue to keep their journals (although their number has greatly diminished in recent years). Today in Uzhgorod press club, one of the first Transcarpathian bloggers Oleksander Bohdanov and jouranlist Oleksandr Popovich discussed the phenomenon of blogging and its prospects.

First Olexander Bohdanov explained that there is a need to differentiate between the blogs of Transcarpathians and Transcarpathian blogs. His blog was the first Transcarpathian blog.
Many years ago blogplatform livejournal was invented – reminded Olekandr. – His goal was to give users the ability to describe what happens in life. They could have been writing about anything.

When the audience reaches five hundred, you already must write something more interesting. Currently my blog is visited by 300-400 people daily. In the month it has 2-2,5 thousands of unique readers >>.
Olexander Popovych: May a Blog affect the society? Because of my message in 2003 Christmas tree was dismantled as it was lop-sided.

According to Olexander Popovych, who once led a popular blog in Livejournal, now general blogging has no prospects. The prospect is for blogs devoted to one topic. For example, traveling, photography etc. In general, according to Olexander, many blogs have now collapsed and are not as popular as 5 years ago.

The most popular bloggers In the world sooner or later start to earn. However, this does not apply to Transcarpathia. Bohdanov says he tried to find advertisements for posting on his blog for several times, however, was not successful. Instead, he repeatedly received proposals to write positively about certain restaurant or cafe for money, knowing that readers take his notes into account.  However, Olexander said, this is a question of principle for him, so he never agreed.
To revive Transcarpathian blogging, Press Club initiated a webinar for beginning bloggers. The first webinar is planned in a week. Also, a competition for the best blogger will be announced.
