The snow, removed from Korzo and Voloshin streets by Uzhgorod utilities on the night of January 15, was discharged… right on the bank of the river Uzh near the Regional Philharmonic.
To make it easier to pour the snow from trucks, the utility workers found a "special" place, where someone had cut off the upper railing of the fence.
It is unknown who ordered the utility to discharge dirty snow on the river bank. After all, when it melts, all the dirt falls into Uzh. Meanwhile the snow pile "decorates" the view of the Philharmonic from the pedestrian bridge.
