Uzhgorod falls asleep under the snow (PHOTOS)

Halfway into its calendar period a real winter finally gave Transcarpathians snow days.

Residents of tourist areas rejoice – if there is snow, then there will be skiing, there will be tourists! And Uzhgorod residents though complain about roads and slippery sidewalks, still rejoice: a real white winter has come!

Citizens took out sleds for kids, remembered how it feels to play snowballs, and most importantly, to walk on snowy streets. After all, not too excessive activity of municipal services still has a plus – a pristine white cover gives a feeling of a winter fairy tale and purity. Cars, benches and trees are covered with soft white blanket and reflect the light of lamps. Uzhgorod falls asleep under the snow …
